- For wastewater treatment technology company, assisted with review and updating of form of product sale and installation agreement and negotiated multiple sale and installation transactions with customers.
- For mid-size wind energy turbine manufacturing company, helped create form of customer proposal, turbine sale agreement and associated warranty documents and negotiated multiple TSAs with customers.
- For landfill gas system technology company, helped create form of equipment sales and services agreement.

- Provided extensive long-term assistance to DC-based nonprofit with respect to development of national renewable energy certificate standards, negotiation and drafting of agreements relating to third party certification of renewable energy generation, and development of policies to mitigate “double counting” issues relating to emission avoidance claims.
